We have an opening in our service department for an experienced bookkeeper. Our work includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card and bank reconciliations and payroll processing for our small business clients. Our department handles a significant amount of payroll-related work including tax depositing and reporting, benefits administration and human resources compliance. This position is an expansion of the department due to continued growth.
The ideal candidate will possess an interest in the integrated systems affecting a client’s overall business success and be familiar with QuickBooks. Our work includes the use of new technology to improve stability and efficiency. The position requires an ability to multi-task and work independently with an attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have payroll and small business accounting experience.
We offer an outstanding benefits package and flexible work schedules. This position is offered between 20-30 hours per week, depending on candidate needs.
